While this site started as a place to keep everyone informed of her progress in the liver transplant journey, it is now a site to remember the beautiful woman who was Rheba.

Not happening today
Well, we did not get the news we wanted. The liver from the donor is too large for mom. So, we are going home tonight and waiting for the next call.
Keep praying.

Mike, Please know that we are praying for your Mom and asking God to allow a proper donor for what she needs. There must have been something wrong in God's eye with that liver. Keep the faith, His timing is perfect.
We have complete faith that there is another liver better suited for you Aunt Rheba and we can't wait to come and see you next week. We love you. Jacob, Jamie, Nathan, and Ella.
Well, if this isn't about the sweetest picture I've ever seen....still smiling after a long day of waiting and wondering. I've been thinking of all of you all day long. Ya' know what? One of your prayer chains starts up in Bel Air, Maryland, comes on down through Sykesville, stops off in New Windsor, heads through Lynchburg, Virginia, then on to Sizerock, Kentucky, and finally ends up in Wellington, Florida. :) And that's just one of the many chains. God hears every single prayer. Trying to wait patiently and praying hard for that perfect fit.....I love ya'll!!!
We are praying for your family and we know that our God is going to see you through. We will count on His Faithfulness, His Goodness, His Grace and Mercy, and all the while knowing He has a perfect plan! We love you very much!
I want to let the Livingstons, & Robinsons know that prayers are going up for Rheba, not only from our family and church family, but also from my parents in Tennessee, and their church family. God has it all under His control. All our love and prayers, Jeff & Wendy
Good Evening Rheba Ann......or maybe it's Good Morning. It's almost 3:30am. I believe they refer to this condition of mine as insomnicantsleepATALL!! How are you feeling today honey? I know you were feeling stronger over the weekend and I've been praying that those same feelings stay with you in preparation for your next phone call. I'll be leaving in the morning for Kentucky, so once again, I'll be MIA over the weekend. I'm picking Dad up from the airport and then he and I will head over to Ohio to meet my friend, Linda, and her family. She's the one who I was telling you about who writes and sings Holiness music. She doesn't take credit for anything that she writes. The words and the tunes are all given to her by the Lord. In fact, she carries pen and paper around with her at all times because she never knows when He will give her something. :) She has absolutely been a blessing in my life for almost 18 years now and in fact, she and her husband, Scott are part of your prayer chain that meanders on down through the mountains of Sizerock, Kentucky. I guess I had better hit the sack if I want to keep the truck between the lines tomorrow. Please please stay strong and know that we are all continuing to pray. We're meeting Saturday night for a good old-fashioned Holiness prayer meeting, so if you feel a sweet, warm feeling cover you from head to toe sometime that evening, it's Him. I love you!
Hi Rheba, My name is Sue and I'm a friend of Jackies. I came to your blog to meet you and say you are in my prayers also, and I see MY family name Livingston! its not a common name and when I see it I get excited, maybe we have a connection?? My grandfather was Harry and lived in Verga NJ and my father was Martin, his brother is Bob and sister MaryLou. Anyway, I'm happy to meet you through Jackie, My thoughts and prayers are with you for a complete recovery, God Bless you Rheba! xo Sue
My dear Rheba, Just know that because you are His Child, he will ensure the PERFECT Dr's, the PERFECT organs, the PERFECT nurses, the PERFECT hospital - AND His PERFECT peace! He will not let anything be out of place or slightly off with you! He loves you! - More love than any of us who are praying & caring for you here on earth! I love you and am praying & fasting for your miraculous healing, whichever way the Lord chooses to do it is fine with all of us!:):) But it will happen in Jesus' name! I love you Rheba - your cousin Lori in GA.
Sharing the Livingston's Story one blog at a time. Yes, this is the official Livingston Blog. I know there are many imitators out there, but this is the real deal.

There is ALWAYS a reason why things happen the way they do. That "perfect" liver will be found in God's time.
